The transaction has reached a significant milestone as Apollo filed a registration statement on Form S-4 with the SEC on April 11, 2025, which was later amended on May 12, 2025, and declared effective on May 14, 2025. This registration statement constitutes a prospectus of Apollo for the issuance of Apollo common stock. Additionally, complaints have been filed in New York State alleging that Bridge and its board omitted or misstated material information in their Joint Proxy Statement/Prospectus. As of the latest update, Bridge has received eleven demands from stockholders with similar allegations.
