Giant Biogene's (HKG:2367) controlling shareholder, Juzi Holding, is planning to increase its shareholding in the company, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Juzi will acquire at least HK$200 million of shares in the biotechnological product maker within the next three to six months.

As of Monday, Juzi holds 581,104,935, or 54.26%, shares in Giant Biogene.
