An amendment and restatement of the Ooma, Inc. 2015 Equity Incentive Plan was approved, preventing its expiration in July 2025. Additionally, an amendment and restatement of the Ooma, Inc. 2015 Employee Stock Purchase Plan was approved to prevent its expiration in July 2025.
