American Water Works Co. Inc. announced the appointment of Raffiq Nathoo as an independent member of its board of directors. Nathoo brings over 30 years of experience in international financial and capital markets, with expertise in the energy, power, and utilities sectors. He is currently a Managing Partner at Tx3 Sage Rock and serves on the Board of Directors of Cabot Corporation. Nathoo holds an MBA from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College. The board now has nine members.
