1113 ET - United Natural Foods had a strong quarter, but an ongoing assessment of the cyber attack the company disclosed Monday prevented it from updating its outlook, Roth analyst Bill Kirk says in a research note. The incident, Kirk says, is overshadowing the recent quarter and preventing United Natural from getting proper credit for its better-than-expected F3Q. CFO Matteo Tarditi said on a call with analysts "we would have raised our key non-GAAP financial outlook metrics, if not for the unauthorized activity on certain of our IT systems." Tarditi added that the company is still working to assess the impact. United Natural Foods falls 3.4%. (connor.hart@wsj.com)
