Elite UK REIT (SGX:MXNU), through its subsidiary, Elite Dram, entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Elite Phoenix to acquire three freehold or virtual freehold government infrastructure and workspaces in the UK, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The purchase consideration for the acquisition is 9.2 million pounds sterling.

The properties have a total combined net internal area of 139,967 square feet.
