Health City Cayman Islands, a wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of healthcare services provider Narayana Hrudayalaya (NSE:NH, BOM:539551), has invested an additional $1 million in Cayman Integrated Healthcare, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
Health City Cayman has infused the amount by subscribing to 100,000 equity shares of Cayman Integrated valued at $10 each.
With this, Health City Cayman's total investment in Cayman Integrated has increased to $8 million.
The funds will be used by Cayman Integrated to meet its working capital requirements.
Narayana Hrudayalaya shares were up over 1% in recent trade.
