MRP Agro (BOM:543262) acquired 204,660 shares in PRM Tradelink, representing an 89.46% stake, for 56.1 million Indian rupees, according to an Indian bourse filing on Tuesday.

PRM Tradelink is engaged in the manufacturing, trading, brokering, and distribution of food grains, oil seeds, pulses, and other agricultural commodities, MRP Agro said in the filing.

Following the acquisition, PRM Tradelink has become a subsidiary of MRP Agro.
