DRC Investments' stake in Amara Holdings (SGX:A34) stood at 97.74% stake as of the June 10 closing date of the bidder's takeover offer, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
Following the transaction, the offeror will acquire the remaining shares of the company held by shareholders who did not accept the offer.
DRC intends to make Amara its wholly owned subsidiary and has no plans to preserve its listing status.
