Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation has announced a change in its certifying accountants following the merger of its independent registered public accounting firm, Moss Adams LLP, with Baker Tilly US, LLP. Effective June 3, 2025, the combined audit practices will operate as Baker Tilly US, LLP. Consequently, Moss Adams has resigned as the company's auditor, and Baker Tilly has been appointed as the successor. The personnel from Moss Adams, including the engagement team responsible for Hycroft's financial audits, will continue their work with the company under Baker Tilly. There have been no disagreements or reportable events related to accounting principles or practices between Hycroft and Moss Adams during the company's two most recent fiscal years. Moss Adams' audit reports for the years ended December 31, 2024, and 2023, did not contain adverse opinions, except for a going concern uncertainty noted for 2024.
