Ategrity Specialty Insurance Co. (ASIC) shares were rising in their Nasdaq trading debut on Wednesday after the company launched its initial public offering of nearly 6.7 million shares priced at $17 per share.
Ategrity shares were nearly 34% higher in recent trading at $22.80
The IPO, which is expected to raise gross proceeds of $113.3 million, is set to close on Thursday.
