Aeroflex Enterprises (NSE:SATINDLTD, BOM:511076) said its subsidiary M.R. Organisation has acquired a 51% stake in Portugal-based ABP Impex through its US unit, according to a Wednesday filing.

The deal aims to strengthen its global high-pressure compressor service business, the company said in the filing.
