BluGlass (ASX:BLG) has extended the closing date for its share purchase plan offer to raise up to AU$6 million, to June 13 from its earlier deadline of June 10, to allow sufficient time for the shareholders to participate, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The new shares are now expected to be issued on June 17, the filing said.
