Strandline Resources' (ASX:STA) receivers will place the Coburn mineral sands project in Western Australia into temporary care and maintenance due to continued trading losses, according to a filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.

The company's receivers said interested parties prefer to acquire the mine while operations are paused and expect production to resume later this year.
