Representing the seller, Olympus Ventures, LLC, JLL facilitated the transaction to an Ares Real Estate fund. Located at 2315 and 2500 Creekside Parkway in Columbus' southeast industrial submarket, the portfolio offers prime logistical advantages near major interstates and Rickenbacker International Airport. Built in 2008 and 2014, the properties feature modern amenities and are fully leased with eight tenants, ensuring stable cash flow. The transaction was led by JLL's Senior Managing Directors John Huguenard and Sean Devaney, along with Managing Director Ed Halaburt and Director Will McCormack, highlighting significant investor interest due to the assets' strategic location and institutional quality.
