Lancaster Colony Corporation's subsidiary, T. Marzetti Company, has appointed Judith Mondello as the new Chief Research, Development and Quality Officer. Mondello, who brings over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, will lead research, product innovation, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. She succeeds Dr. Steve Hill, who will retire later this year after transitioning to an advisory role. Mondello previously held a senior position at Campbell Soup Company and has worked with J.M. Smucker Company, Sara Lee, McKee Foods, and Continental Baking Company.
