CCID Consulting Company Limited has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire a 40.625% equity interest in CCID Data from CCID Group Co for a consideration of RMB75,070,000. As of the announcement date, CCID Data is already a non-wholly owned subsidiary of CCID Consulting Company Limited, holding a 59.375% equity interest. This acquisition, announced on June 9, 2025, will increase the company's stake in CCID Data, subject to certain conditions precedent. The Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be convened to consider and approve the Agreement and the Acquisition.
