Wise Living Technology (HKG:2481) will purchase energy-saving electromagnetic switch motors worth 4.5 million yuan from Jiangsu Shuangliang Bangji Electronics, a company controlled by its major shareholder, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The deal covers 150 motor units across two models and follows an earlier 9 million yuan purchase in February, bringing the aggregated transaction value to 13.5 million yuan.

The company said the new equipment will be used in heat exchange stations to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
