Memiontec (SGX:TWL) issued 300,000 shares in the capital of the company, pursuant to the exercise of warrants, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
Following the issuance, the total number of issued and paid up share capital of the company has increased to 1,110,505,100 shares.
The shares are expected to be listed and quoted on June 11, with trading slated for commencement on the same date.
Shares of the company declined nearly 7% in recent trading.
