PetMed Express is delaying the release of its fourth-quarter financial report previously scheduled for Tuesday.
The parent company of pet pharmacy PetCareRx said Tuesday it was delaying the release because it needs additional time to complete the year-end audit process.
PetMed expects to issue the release and hold the related conference call no later than June 16, it said. It also plans to file its annual 10-K report by that date.
