Chemical product manufacturer Yibin Tianyuan Group (SHE:002386) subsidiary Haifeng Hetai plans to sign a 12-month entrusted operation contract with related-party Boyuan Environment.
The 139.6-million-yuan deal covers the management of wastewater, gas and solid waste facilities at Haifeng Hetai, according to a Saturday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Boyuan Environment is 45%-owned by Yibin Tianyuan Group.
