Henderson Land Development Company Ltd. has announced a significant real estate transaction involving its wholly owned subsidiary, Pacific Gate Development Limited. On June 13, 2025, the subsidiary entered into a lease agreement with Jane Street Asia Limited, a quantitative trading firm, for office and ancillary space at Site 3 of the New Central Harbourfront, Central, Hong Kong. The premises, currently under construction as part of Phase 1, comprise approximately 223,437 square feet, representing 70% of the available office space. The lease, scheduled to commence on January 1, 2028, is set for a five-year term with an option for renewal. The development, featuring a mixed-use project with over 300,000 square feet of landscaped public space, is expected to become a landmark in Hong Kong's Central Business District. Phase 1 is anticipated to be completed by late 2026, with Phase 2 following in 2032.
