Draganfly (DPRO) said Thursday it has closed its public offering of 5.5 million units, with each unit comprising one common share and one warrant to buy one common share.

Each unit was sold at $2.50, for gross proceeds of about $13.8 million, the company said.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, Draganfly said.
