Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX:QRI) declared a dividend of AU$0.010084 per share for May, down from AU$0.01166 a year earlier, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The dividend will be paid on June 16 to shareholders on record as of June 5, the filing said.

Shares of the company fell nearly 1% in recent Friday trade.
