The center is strategically positioned with excellent transportation links and includes properties at Carmel Drive and Hancock Street, with notable tenants such as Vantiva and Stryker Orthopaedics. Despite a challenging capital markets environment, Marcus & Millichap successfully represented the seller, a national real estate investment firm, and secured a Midwest-based private investment company as the buyer.
