ReNew Energy Global plc, a prominent decarbonization solutions company, has announced its unaudited consolidated IFRS results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The company reported a significant increase in its portfolio capacity, which grew from approximately 13.5 GW as of March 31, 2024, to around 17.3 GW by the end of March 2025. Furthermore, the company has signed an additional 1.2 GW of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), bringing the total portfolio to roughly 18.5 GW, including a 1.1 GWh Battery Energy Storage System $(BESS)$. ReNew has also expanded its manufacturing capabilities with 6.5 GW of solar module manufacturing and 2.5 GW of cell manufacturing. The company's FY26 guidance anticipates the completion of 1.6 to 2.4 GWs of construction by the end of Fiscal Year 2026. The adjusted EBITDA and Cash Flow to Equity guidance for FY26 are contingent on weather and resource availability being consistent with FY25. Additionally, ReNew expects continued net gains in asset sales, with INR 1-2 billion related to asset sales included in the adjusted EBITDA. External sales from module and cell manufacturing operations are anticipated to contribute INR 5-7 billion to the adjusted EBITDA in FY26.
