China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited's subsidiary, CNMHK, has made significant strides in the copper industry. Incorporated in Hong Kong on October 6, 2015, CNMHK is a non-wholly owned subsidiary, with 70% ownership by China Nonferrous Mining Corp. Ltd. and the remaining 30% held by Hong Kong Zhongfei Mining Investment Limited. Recently, CNMHK entered into the GCM Copper Cathodes Purchase Agreement 2025 with La Generale des Carrieres et des Mines SA $(GCM.UK)$, a state-owned enterprise of the Democratic Republic of Congo. This agreement involves the purchase of 7,000 mt of high-grade copper cathodes, processed by Huachin Leach. CNMHK focuses on the sale of metals, particularly copper, and continues to enhance its operations in the mining sector.
