BUZZ- Eaton climbs on $1.55 billion deal for engineering firm

** Shares of electrical equipment maker Eaton Corp ETN.N rise 2% to $331 in early trade

** Agrees to acquire engineering solutions company Ultra PCS from Cobham Ultra Group in a deal worth $1.55 bln

** Transaction expected to close in the first half of 2026

** ETN shares have fallen more than 2% since the start of the year
