Grand Banks Yachts Completes Acquisition of Properties in US

Grand Banks Yachts (SGX:G50) completed the acquisition of two properties in Rhode Island, US, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Grand Banks Yachts shares rose 2% on Monday.
The company, through wholly owned subsidiary Stuart Yacht, had agreed to acquire two US-based properties from Elizabeth Casey, William Casey, Spring Wharf Marine, and Casey's Marina, for $21 million.
