Diamond Hill Investment Group Inc. announced a new compensation agreement with CEO Heather E. Brilliant, effective June 12, 2025. The Amended and Restated Executive Employment Agreement extends her employment through June 30, 2030, with automatic one-year renewals. Ms. Brilliant's annual base salary is set at $400,000, with a target annual cash incentive award of $1,750,000 and a minimum of $600,000. She will also receive a target annual long-term incentive equity award of $850,000, vesting over three years, and a $4,000,000 restricted stock award vesting in five years. Benefits include health and life insurance, retirement plans, and reimbursement for legal fees related to the agreement.
