Foxo Technologies Interim CFO Ward Dies, CEO Lagan to Fill In

Foxo Technologies Chief Executive Seamus Lagan is filling in as interim chief financial officer after Martin Ward died unexpectedly on Monday.

Ward had been interim chief financial officer since September 2023.

Lagan will take over Ward's responsibilities on an interim basis, the life insurance company said Friday. He has led the company since December 2024.

"Martin was a valuable contributor to our team and he will be sorely missed," Lagan said.
