Bon Natural Life Limited, a leading provider of bio-ingredient solutions for natural, health, and personal care industries, has announced a non-exclusive sales distribution agreement with Tianjin Merrill-Youli Trading Co., Ltd., a prominent distributor of fragrance chemicals in the Asia-Pacific region. This agreement, valued at up to US$18 million over a 36-month period, will see Merrill-Youli market, sell, and distribute Bon's Ambroxide and related natural fragrance compounds, primarily targeting the industrial fabric fragrance sector. The collaboration is expected to strengthen Bon's competitive position and accelerate the adoption of its Ambroxide line across the Asia-Pacific fragrance markets. Bon aims to leverage Merrill-Youli's established market presence to boost sales growth and increase profits, while its breakthrough in developing a biosynthetic alternative to Sclareol positions the company for further expansion into the textile fragrance market.
