Ladder Capital Corp ("Ladder" or the "Company") (NYSE: LADR) today announced the declaration by its board of directors of a second quarter 2025 dividend of $0.23 per share of Class A common stock. The cash dividend is payable on July 15, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2025.
