Keybridge Capital (ASX:KBC) received a notice from Australian Style Group, an entity controlled by former director Nicholas Bolton, seeking to call a shareholder meeting on June 27 to vote on a resolution to remove four of the company's directors, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company and major shareholder Wilson Asset Management, which together hold over 50% of shares, intend to vote against the resolution, the filing said.
The company raised procedural issues with the notice, citing insufficient shareholder notice, lack of registry notification to Automic Group, and absence of a telephone dial-in facility.
