Clean Seas Seafood (ASX:CSS) recommended that shareholders vote in favor of the proposed acquisition by Yumbah Aquaculture, via a scheme of arrangement, in the absence of a superior proposal and subject to an independent expert's assessment.

The scheme meeting is set on July 8, the filing said.
