Wang On Group Limited has announced a discloseable transaction involving the disposal of a property in Hong Kong. On June 20, 2025, City Concord Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Wang On Properties Limited (WOP), entered into a Provisional Agreement with SSP Lau Group Limited for the sale of a property located on the ground floor and including cocklofts and a canopy at the first floor level of the Iskra Building on Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon. The agreed consideration for this transaction is HK$23.28 million. Wang On Group, primarily engaged in property investment and management, is taking this step to streamline its operations and focus on its core business activities.
