ShoulderUp Technology Acquisition (SUAC) and SEE ID, which does business as Dot Ai, said Friday that they have closed their previously announced business combination.

Following the transaction, Dot Ai is set to become a public company, with its securities to trade on Nasdaq under the tickers "DAIC" and "DAICW" starting Monday, according to the statement.

The companies said Dot Ai has raised $12 million through a private investment in public equity transaction in connection with the merger and will use the funds to support its growth plans.
