SRM Entertainment (SRM) said Monday it signed a securities purchase agreement with a private investor for a $100 million equity investment, enabling the company to initiate a TRON token treasury strategy.

Shares of SRM catapulted 460%, with intraday trading volume of over 207 million against a daily average of about 512,000.

Powerfleet (AIOT) reported 42% rise in Q4 revenue from a year ago, bringing the increase in full-year sales to $362.5 million, a jump of 26% from a year ago.

Shares advanced 10% as intraday trading volume climbed to more than 2.8 million from a daily average of about 1.8 million.

Piper Sandler analyst Harsh Kumar said in a note that the graphics processing units' business of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) will likely see "a snapback" in Q4 as it works through most of the China-related charges.

Shares jumped 9.8% as intraday trading volume advanced to over 76.5 million from a daily average of about 41.3 million.
