ACME Solar Holdings (NSE:ACMESOLAR, BOM:544283) has entered into a 25-year power purchase agreement with NHPC for its 250 MW firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) project in Rajasthan, India, according to a Friday filing.
The PPA is set at a tariff of 4.56 Indian rupees per kWh, for a minimum annual capacity utilization factor of 40% and to supply 90% of peak power demand for four hours daily, the company said in the filing.
The project, combining solar, wind, and battery storage, supports India's clean energy goals, the company said.
The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission approved the tariff on June 19.
