Ascot bolsters leadership with trio of board appointments

June 20 - (The Insurer) - Ascot Group has appointed Rosalind Brewer, Martin Flanagan and Robert Sewell to its board of directors, pending regulatory approval, the company said on Wednesday.

Brewer is currently interim president of Spelman College and serves on the board of United Airlines Holdings.

Flanagan is chairman of venture capital investor Engage Ventures. He previously spent 18 years as CEO of Invesco.

Sewell is currently chairman of the board of Ascot Underwriting Limited, a UK-based subsidiary of Ascot Group.
