Shares of Baker Technology (SGX:BTP) were down nearly 2% in early trading after BT Investment subscribed for its entitlement rights shares and was allotted and issued 775,070,600 rights shares in CH Offshore at SG$0.01 per share, according to a late filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

Following the issuance, BT Investment will hold 1,162,605,900 shares in CH Offshore, representing 54.98% of the enlarged share capital of Baker Technology's unit.
