Blackstone Minerals (ASX:BSX) said the Supreme Court of Western Australia issued orders approving the scheme of arrangement in which it will acquire all fully paid ordinary shares in IDM International, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The scheme is set to become legally effective on Wednesday, upon the lodgement of the court orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the filing said.
