While mortgage holders have experienced some stabilization, financial strain persists for non-mortgage consumers, leading to an 8.9% rise in delinquency rates year-over-year. Additionally, credit card spending has slowed, yet balances continue to rise, with a notable decrease in the average credit card pay rate, particularly among consumers under 35.
