Catalyst Metals (ASX:CYL) completed the acquisition of the Old Highway Gold Project from Sandfire Resources (ASX:SFR), according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The key terms of the transaction remain unchanged from those disclosed on May 8, that is, total consideration of AU$2.5 million cash deposit payment and a AU$30 million cash payment, upon completion.
Sandfire Resources' shares were down almost 2% in recent Thursday trade.
