Magnetic Resources (ASX:MAU) reached an agreement with the Wangkatja Tjungula Aboriginal Corporation, the registered native title body corporate for the Nyalpa Pirniku People, over the Lady Julie project development in Western Australia, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The agreement, which includes an upfront payment and production-based royalties, removes objections to mining lease applications and enables the company to conduct activities on project tenements, the filing said.
