Standard Chartered (HKG:2888) will fully redeem certain outstanding securities on July 26, with the redemption payment being made July 28, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The redemption pertains to outstanding securities under a $1 billion issue of fixed-rate resetting perpetual convertible securities.
The securities will be cancelled following redemption, and the lender will apply to withdraw their listing from the Hong Kong bourse.
