First Gen (PSE: FGEN) unit Fresh River Lakes received an order from the Independent Electricity Market Operator of the Philippines to pay a penalty of 150,000 Philippine pesos for alleged non-compliance with energy market standards.
The company was found non-compliant for the billing period April 26 to May 25, according to a Thursday Philippine bourse filing.
First Gen is seeking a reconsideration of the imposition of the penalty, it said.
