Property developer Eminence Enterprise (HKG:0616) expects a net loss of at least HK$300 million for the year ended March 31, up from HK$213.1 million a year prior, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The wider anticipated loss was mainly due to higher losses on changes in fair value and disposal of investment properties, a rise in the write-down on properties held for sale, a higher loss on changes in fair value of financial assets, and higher finance costs among other factors.
