Propel Funeral Partners (ASX:PFP) said its co-founders, Fraser Henderson and Lilli Rayner, will be promoted to co-chief executive officers, following the retirement of fellow co-founder Albin Kurti, on Aug. 31, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

Arash Noaeen, group financial controller, will be promoted to chief financial officer, the filing said.

Noaeen is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of professional experience, the filing added.

The company's shares fell 2% in recent Thursday trade.
