Comms Group (ASX:CCG) completed its acquisition of TasmaNet and select assets from Field Solutions Holdings, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The deal is expected to lift annualized revenue to around AU$75 million and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization to between AU$9 million and AU$10 million, the filing added.
